1. CNC CENTRE
To keep pace with time & to meet the technological necessity, this work centre is equipped with CNC machines which produces highly accurate turned/milled components. Facility of very accurate mechanical measurement and calibration for length and angle is also available through 3-D CNC Coordinate Measuring Machine.
2. WORKS-III
In this shop Sheet Metal Fabrication for Panels with good facilities of Arc welding Gas welding MIG welding and its wiring/tubing is done with very high quality as per design/specification of the customers. We are manufacturing various panels i.e. Duplex Panel, Transducer Panel, Marshalling Panel, Announciation Panel, Local Instrument Enclosure, Local Instrument Rack, Open Type Panel and producing other sheet metal Job also. Shop is having 1 Copy Punch Machine, 3 Pneumatic / Crank / Mechanical Brake Presses, 3 Shearing Machines, many Arc / Gas Welding set and 1 MIG Welding set. A very good number of skilled welders are available to produce quality work.
3. PLASTIC SHOP
This Shop produces thermosetting plastic components by Hydraulic Presses and Injection Moulding Machine.
4. HEAT TREATMENT SECTION
Facilities for Hardening, Tempering, Carbunising, Annealing including vacuum. Annealing are available. Shop is having different size and capacity of furnaces to accommodate job suitably.
5. TOOL ROOM
To achieve self sufficiently in manufacturing, we have a well-equipped Tool Room. Here many sophisticated Tool Making, EDM & Tool Sharpening machines/equipments are available to produce all types of stamps/modules, special cutting Tools etc.
6. PRESS SHOP
For precision stamped components, shop is equipped with Power Presses of different capacities ie 100 T/83 T / 63 T / 40 T / 25 T / 10 T.
7.MACHINE SHOP
The shop is well equipped with many conventional machines along with special type of machines. The shop has high machining capacity with17 Centre Lathes, 10 Milling Machines, 5 Automats, Many Tapping / Drilling Machines, Grinding & Gear Hobbing Machines.
8. WELDING SHOP
Shop is having facilities of spot welding. The other type of welding ie. Arc/Gas/MIG/TIG are available in Works-III or Assembly Shop work centre.
9. PAINTING SHOP
In this shop Air drying & Staving Painting facilities are available. Components & Panels are painted here. Huge Downdraft & Side Draft Spray Painting Booths & Staving Furnaces are available to accommodate big panels also. Shop is having 2 big & 2 small booths for painting. Similarly 4 furnaces are available in the shop.
10. ELECTROPLATING SHOP
The Shop is having full-fledged facilities of all main type of plating i.e. Nickel, Tin, Chrome,Copper,Silver, Cadmim and various surface treatment facilities.
11. ASSEMBLY SHOP
This shop is having adequate infrastructure for manufacturing, testing and calibrating Electronics/Microprocessor based Process Control instruments and other type of instruments. In this shop a special facility of TIG welding is also available.
12. ENVIRONMENTAL LABORATORY
The facility of creating different environmental conditions for testing components/products under these conditions is available here. This includes testing in various environmental simulated situations ie. Heat/Humidity/Rain/Vibration etc.
13. CHEMICAL TESTING LAB

14. METROLOGICAL LABORATORY
This lab is capable of performing all type of linear and angular measurement / testing/calibration. These are traceable to National Standards. The use of calibrated testing/measuring instruments enhance the confidence during manufacturing, reduce, rejection cost and shorten the manufacturing cycle.
15. Telecom Division
The PCB centre of Telecom Division is equipped to assemble and test the PCBs for through hole, SMD and combination of both. This centre is located in clean, dust free air-conditioned environment having ESD protection with the area spread over 20,000 Sqft this centre is provided with Screen Printer, Pick & Place Machine, Reflow Oven and Wave soldering Machine.
The Test Centre of Telecom is well equipped with the varieties of Oslloscope starting from 100 Mhzt to 500 Mhzt having sufficient storage capacity, 7 ½ Digit Digital Multimeter, S-Analyzer, U-Analyzer and frequency Counter. This centre is having all the dedicated testers to test Telecom Assemblies. This area is air-conditioned and having all ESD protection as per standard. Three air-conditioned integration Bays having load capacity with stabilized power of 3000 Amp at – 48 Volt with Battery bank and power distribution equipment’s. These Bays are also having ESD.
